Description

Some of the blocks have a waving animation while others have flipbook animations. The waving stuff only works on mobile and the flipbook animations work on all devices Changelog -Under water waving -Sugar canes no longer wave -Flipbook animations for a bunch of leftover foliage( potted versions, all stages of growth, bamboo leaves etc) -Flipbook animations for cave update foliage (drip leaves, glow berry vines etc) -Some improvements to old animations (lily pad etc)
